How Ozil Goal AI handles accounts, private photos, support requests and optional analytics.

Last updated: 2026-10-20

About this service

Ozil Goal AI is the name used by this independent football video website. Current generation and purchase availability is shown in the generator and pricing section. The videos shown on the landing page are examples; selecting a photo does not turn an example into your generated result.

This page describes the site's current data handling and limits. Signed-in users can send privacy or account questions through Support tickets. This name does not identify a registered legal entity.

Account and transaction data

If account access is enabled, the application stores account information such as your name and email, along with authentication records needed to sign you in. Session cookies support authenticated access. Available sign-in methods depend on the site's configuration.

The application retains order, payment-status and credit-movement records. When checkout is available, Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout page. The provider and final purchase details are shown before payment. This site does not receive your full card number or security code.

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information, including your account identifier, email, name and profile image, to authenticate you and link your account. Authorization credentials are protected on the server. Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail or Drive, upload photos to an AI service, start generation or initiate payment. Google sign-in is separate from the optional analytics choice below.

Public-page analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional. Before you accept analytics, or if you decline, the site does not load its Google Analytics script or send analytics events. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled so Google Analytics can use analytics cookies and their identifiers to measure visits on designated public pages. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain disabled.

The site's analytics integration does not send account IDs, photos, generation prompts or URL query strings, and does not measure account, authentication, admin or Studio pages. Accepted analytics requests still transmit information needed to process the request, including connection, timing and device/browser information. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy and information about sites that use Google services.

Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. If the choice expires, is invalid, or cannot be read or saved, analytics stays off until a valid acceptance can be saved. You can reopen Analytics preferences to change your choice. Withdrawing acceptance stops subsequent analytics and attempts to remove this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. It cannot recall requests already sent or in progress, or erase data already received by Google. Session cookies used to sign in are separate and are not removed by this control.

Photos and generation requests

Before you sign in from the generator, selected local photos and scene settings can be saved temporarily in this browser’s IndexedDB. A random pointer in the current tab’s session storage allows that tab to restore the draft after sign-in; the draft is not uploaded by signing in. Drafts expire for restoration after 15 minutes and are deleted when restored, when you clear the selection or sign out, and during later cleanup on the generator. Closing the browser does not guarantee immediate physical deletion; you can clear this site’s browser data yourself. Saved private-library URLs and photo-use consent are not carried in these drafts.

Only upload photos you are entitled to use and for which you have the necessary permission from the people pictured. The site has integrated Seedance 2.0 through Tuzi API, and displays generation availability in the generator. If you request an available video generation, selected photos are sent to that service for asset review and approved references are submitted with generation instructions. Uploading a photo to your library or saving a character alone does not send it to the video provider. The provider's retention, processing locations and training practices have not been independently verified by this site; this notice makes no promise about them.

Uploaded reference photos are stored in your private image library until you delete them. Saved characters are names attached to one or two photos; saving a character does not train a model or create a biometric profile. Deleting a character removes that named collection but keeps its photos in the library.

Deleting a library photo blocks new access and reuse immediately. Photos in an active generation or short preparation reservation cannot be deleted until that use ends. Storage cleanup and removal of a known Tuzi asset record may finish later and are retried. Removing a provider asset record is not a guarantee that the provider has erased all underlying copies. Deleting a generated result does not delete its source photos, your account, order records or the generation task's history.

Generated video storage

When result storage is configured, newly saved generated videos use private storage. Playback and download require the owning account. The application records a retention deadline when each result is saved; the default is 30 days, and the deadline shown in your history applies to that result. Download videos you want to keep before that deadline.

You can delete a completed result from your history. The application immediately blocks access to a result marked for deletion or past its deadline. Physical storage cleanup can finish later and is retried when necessary. This does not remove copies you already downloaded or shared, or copies held by a generation provider under its own retention policy.

Requests and contact

Signed-in users can submit privacy or account questions through Support tickets and read replies there. The application stores your ticket text and any attachments so the request can be reviewed. Describe the request without uploading identity documents or sensitive photos.

Account data lets recently signed-in users download account records and media metadata as JSON. The export excludes media files, credentials and payment secrets; it reads records in pages rather than making a single point-in-time snapshot. Large exports may require assistance.

Eligible accounts can also be closed there after recent sign-in, email confirmation and, for password accounts, current-password verification. Delete library photos and generated results first and wait for cleanup to finish. Unresolved tasks, provider-held records, billing history, assigned roles and other records needing review can block self-service closure. The page shows the required next steps. Closure removes eligible application records and revokes sessions; it does not erase previously downloaded copies or promise immediate removal from backups or provider systems.

Submitting a ticket does not itself delete or export data, and no response-time guarantee is offered. A public contact route for people who cannot sign in is not currently provided.
